The work is straightforward: simplify operations, improve cash flow, strengthen profitability, and help owners make better calls with less noise.
Jon Cole
Jon Cole has been involved with dozens of businesses over the past 25 years — as a founder, consultant, executive, and investor. That combination is rare: most advisors have only sat on one side of the table. Jon has built businesses, run them, and put his own money into them, and he brings that full picture to every client he works with. He holds an MBA and has consulted for companies ranging from pre-revenue startups to established companies doing over $100 million in revenue.
His focus is straightforward: simplify operations, tighten cash flow, and increase profitability — especially for businesses that are struggling or getting ready to sell. Jon has personally led the turnaround of five different businesses.
He founded Red Rock Angels, an angel investment group, and serves on the board of the St. George Chamber of Commerce. He previously served on the national advisory council for Utah Tech University. He speaks Spanish and has spent the last four years learning Arabic.

McKenna Kesterson
McKenna is currently pursuing a degree in Communications at Utah Tech University. Her work at Redstone Management Consulting, LLC spans client relations, social media, office management, and clerical and administrative support.
On the day-to-day side, McKenna manages communication with clients, handles social media, and takes a detail-oriented approach to office operations and administrative work.
When she’s not at work, she’s spending time with her family, outdoors, or listening to a podcast.

Grace Henke
With a degree in Software Engineering from Utah Tech University, Grace has built a strong, hands-on foundation in code, from Python to a range of modern technologies. She’s Anthropic-certified in AI, and lately her focus has been on learning and applying AI tools in real, practical ways.
On the technical side, Grace writes code, tests the tools, and works through the problems that turn AI concepts into solutions.
When she’s not coding or creating AI workflows, she’s diving into sports analytics, a hobby that puts her data skills to work in a completely different arena.

Burke Adams
Burke is a business consultant and entrepreneur who helps businesses grow by bringing clarity to their people, processes, and strategy.
His background spans banking, sales and business development, operations, and entrepreneurship, giving him a well-rounded, practical perspective. He earned a Double Degree MBA from Southern Utah University and OMNES Education in Paris, France, and is an accredited small business consultant. He takes a relationship first approach and enjoys helping owners step back from the day-to-day to see their businesses more clearly and build actionable plans
