Jon Cole brings roughly 25 years of experience across about 30 businesses. That matters because owners do not need more theory. They need judgment from someone who has operated companies, advised leaders, invested in businesses, and dealt with the consequences of good and bad decisions.
Redstone was built for owners who want plain talk and practical help. The focus is not on presentations or buzzwords. It is on fixing bottlenecks, improving financial clarity, and helping a business become easier to run, more profitable, and better prepared for growth, turnaround, or sale.

Jon Cole has been involved with dozens of businesses over the past 25 years — as a founder, consultant, executive, and investor. That combination is rare: most advisors have only sat on one side of the table. Jon has built businesses, run them, and put his own money into them, and he brings that full picture to every client he works with.
His focus is straightforward: simplify operations, tighten cash flow, and increase profitability — especially for businesses that are struggling or getting ready to sell. Jon has personally led the turnaround of five different businesses.
He founded Red Rock Angels, an angel investment group, and serves on the board of the St. George Chamber of Commerce. He previously served on the national advisory council for Utah Tech University.
